Companies listed across the border are subject to the prevailing disclosure requirements of their respective market. All the approved corporate actions of SSE-listed securities will be announced via the SSE website and four officially appointed newspapers: the Shanghai Securities News, Securities Times, China Securities Journal, and Securities Daily (and their respective websites). Given that local market trading rules shall prevail, Hong Kong and overseas investors will be provided the same services as the Mainland investors in respect of corporate documents of SSE-listed issuers.
